The plot should be drawn up black/white, has however been input in color, the plotter interprets in such case grey areas; yellow appears as light grey, if at all. Here with the NORMICA^V2000 I can quickly and comfortably change the pen color to black and the line intensity remains unaltered.

For the plotting quality 100% or “Best” has been selected although the matter on hand is a CAD-line drawing. No major difference between Normal and Best Quality can be detected with the naked eye - but the plotting time increases from about 10 minutes to 45 minutes. Best Quality is required only for full-surface plotting. Since, as a rule, we work under pressure with regard to time, (architects are always in a hurry) we change the parameters with the help of NORMICA^V2000 instead of having the plot file changed.

It is possible for us with NORMICA^V2000, to change a wrongly indicated scale, the plot data allows itself to be scaled. As a rule the CAD- draftsman makes out a work-sheet of perhaps 90 times 200 cm size and defines his drawing on this area, since the plotter only prints the actual printing range. This is in actual fact often not the case and depending on the print driver used the plotter throws out 2m of paper, although only a DIN A3 surface was printed on; here we can automatically adjust the paper size to the drawing with NORMICA ^V2000.
