The Normica Reporter is an email system to optimize the communication between users and Normica support and development. With the Normica Reporter messages and files can be sent by the user over the Internet to Normica support.

To secure the transmission a Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, better known from the predecessor Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is used. The usage of the Normica Reporter is subject to the conditions of the Normica data privacy.

The Normica Reporter will be automatically opened if Normica shut down unexpected. And it can be started by the user within the Normica software to send text messages and files to Normica.
